Purpose of Collection

The Academy maintains electronic records of registration submissions including timestamps, IP addresses, device information, policy version references, and acknowledgment logs for legal enforceability, operational integrity, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution, and such records may be retained and relied upon as evidence of consent and contractual acceptance.
